The 7 GPU rows
Nebius publishes on its own public pricing page, mirrored once a day and
shown exactly as published. Below the table is something no price-comparison site
normally shows: the recorded legal basis on which GPUDeck republishes these
figures, including the condition that would void it.

Why GPUDeck is allowed to publish this
Every source on this site carries a written admission record before a
single row ships, under methodology §8. Silence
from a provider is not a basis; the basis has to be either a licence or a
recorded, reasoned conclusion that no permission is required. This is that record,
verbatim from the source registry.
Which law decides this
governing_lawNETHERLANDS_EU. The incorporated Nebius legal documents apply to a User or Customer USING THE PLATFORM: the Terms of Use expressly say a User has entered a separate agreement and that Platform functions require account login, and the AUP and Service Terms regulate customers' use of services. None of them governs unauthenticated reading of the public marketing tariff.
database_right_screenPASS, on the same defensible conclusion as Leafcloud and scoped as narrowly. Nebius creates the GPU products, specs, preemptible rates and on-demand rates; the public table is a small functional presentation of those first-party facts; and no substantial independent obtaining, verification or presentation investment is evidenced FOR THAT PUBLIC TABLE. The page is unauthenticated and server-rendered, a simple marketing table of nine GPU product lines with two functional price columns, carrying no regions, availability, presets, project IDs or calculator output.
Exactly what is read
interface_scopeThe public unauthenticated nebius.com/prices page ONLY. Never the SDK, calculator, console, project metadata, platform catalogue or backend.
How often, and what is excluded
retrieval_scopeAt most one daily request to nebius.com/prices. The SEVEN numerically priced GPU rows only. EXCLUDED: the GB300 and GB200 'Contact us' entries, CPU-only pricing, storage and networking, commitment calculations, regions and availability, authenticated APIs, SDKs and calculators, and Nebius's descriptions, images and page arrangement.
What is published
publication_scopeDated attributed rows carrying GPU model and the vendor-stated on-demand and preemptible prices, linked to the source page.
disqualifying_conditionEvidence that the public table is merely an exposed substantial part of the operational calculator or catalogue database ends this immediately. So does ANY expansion into authenticated or platform data - SDK, console, calculator, project metadata or backend.
This is a point-in-time reading, and it is watched.
Nebius’s governing terms were read at
https://docs.nebius.com/legal/terms-of-use and hashed
(19623972887e82541a92732d6f369889). A daily check re-fetches that
document and compares the digest; if the terms change to restrict reuse, the basis above
stops being true and these rows are withdrawn.

What is deliberately NOT here
At most one daily request to nebius.com/prices. The SEVEN numerically priced GPU rows only. No figure on this page is combined with any other source. GPUDeck never
computes a median, ranking or “cheapest” across providers, because a number
pooled from sources with different segments, regions and bundles describes nothing anyone
can actually buy. Compare the records yourself on prices.
